A growth partner, not a vendor you chase for updates.

We are a full-service digital growth agency in Delhi, built around one conviction: a website, a campaign and a brand are not three purchases. They are one system, and somebody has to be accountable for whether it works.

Why we're called Brand Sarathi

The one who knows the route.

In the Mahabharata, the sarathi was not a passenger. He knew the terrain, read the field as it changed, and steered the chariot so the warrior could focus on the fight. He did not take the credit and he did not leave when the ground got difficult.

That is a fair description of the job. You know your business better than we ever will — your margins, your customers, why people say no. What you usually do not have is the time to work out why your website loads in nine seconds, which of your four campaigns is quietly burning money, or why the enquiries you do get are the wrong ones.

Our work is to hold that terrain in view and steer accordingly, so you can get on with running the business. When something is not working, you hear it from us first — not from a quarter of flat revenue.

Our Mission

To give growing businesses the digital infrastructure larger competitors take for granted — a website that converts, marketing that is measured, and a brand that earns trust before the first conversation.

Our Vision

To become the long-term growth partner our clients keep for years, not the agency they replace after one contract — judged by the businesses we helped scale, not the projects we shipped.

Our Commitment

We report on what moves your business: enquiries, cost per lead, conversion rate, revenue. If a channel is not working, we will tell you before you have to ask.

How we think about the work

Four rules we do not bend.

A beautiful website nobody finds is a portfolio piece. Traffic landing on a slow, confusing page is wasted budget. A sharp brand with no funnel behind it is decoration. Every engagement starts with the same question: what does a good month look like for your business, in numbers?

01
Business outcomes over vanity metrics

Reach and impressions are inputs. We report on qualified enquiries, cost per lead, and conversion rate.

02
Built to be measured

Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking go in before launch — not after someone asks where the leads came from.

03
You own everything

Ad accounts, domains, hosting, source files, analytics. Registered in your name from day one, transferable whenever you want.

04
Honest about fit

If your budget is better spent elsewhere, or a channel is wrong for your market, we say so before you sign.

Who we work with

Three kinds of business keep finding us.

The industry changes — travel, healthcare, retail, real estate, education, manufacturing. The problem underneath is usually one of these three.

01
Startups finding their first customers

You have a product and no proof yet. What you need is a presence credible enough that a stranger will take the meeting, and tracking in place from day one so your first advertising rupee teaches you something. Building this properly at the start is far cheaper than rebuilding it in year two.

02
Local businesses outgunned on budget

A national competitor outspends you ten to one and still loses to you on service. The answer is not matching their spend — it is a sharper offer, a faster site and tightly targeted campaigns that make your smaller budget land where theirs is wasteful.

03
Established companies whose presence has aged

The business is strong; the website is from 2014 and procurement teams are shortlisting competitors before anyone speaks to you. This is usually the fastest work to show a return, because the demand already exists — it is being lost at the front door.

What makes us different

One team, one set of numbers, one person accountable.

Most businesses end up with a developer who blames the marketer, a marketer who blames the landing page, and a designer neither of them briefed. Nobody is exactly wrong — and nobody is accountable.

We sell systems, not deliverables

A fast site makes your ads cheaper. Clean tracking tells us where the next rupee should go. Consistent branding raises the response rate on both. Bought separately from three vendors, none of that compounding happens.

Specialists, not one stretched generalist

Seven people who each own a craft properly, rather than one person covering four of them adequately. When your project needs a developer, a media buyer and a designer in the same conversation, they already work together.

Measurement before launch

Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking are installed during the build. We would rather delay a launch by two days than go live unable to answer where an enquiry came from.

You keep the keys

Domains, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and source files are registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take a working system with you — not a hostage negotiation.

We tell you when it isn't working

If a campaign underperforms, the report says so and explains what we are changing. You also retain direct access to your own accounts throughout, so nothing we report is anything you could not verify yourself.

Priced before we start

Fixed scope, fixed number, quoted up front. Anything outside it gets quoted before the work happens — never introduced halfway through as a surprise line item.

Being straight with you

When we're not the right choice.

We would rather lose the enquiry than take on work we cannot do well. If any of these describe you, say so on the call and we will point you somewhere better.

You need rankings in 30 days

SEO takes four to six months before meaningful movement, and six to twelve for competitive terms. Anyone promising faster is bidding on your own brand name or doing something that gets you penalised later.

You want volume regardless of quality

We optimise for enquiries your sales team can actually close. If the goal is a big number in a report, another agency will make you happier.

The budget is better spent elsewhere

Sometimes the honest answer is that your product, pricing or sales follow-up is the constraint — not your marketing. We will say so before you sign anything.

Want to know if we're a fit?

The first conversation is free and there is nothing to sign. Tell us where the business is now and where you want it to be — we will tell you honestly what it would take, and whether we are the right team to do it.
